Our Equipment

  • Pilates Reformer

The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense workout. The reformer is comprised of Springs, a footbar, pull straps, and a moving carriage. The springs and a person’s body weight are used as resistance to pull or push the carriage while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. The Pilates reformer helps open the door for hundreds of strengthening and stretching exercises.

  • Pilates Tower

The Pilates Tower is an add-on item to the reformer to further increase exercise options. The tower is attached to the head end of the reformer and includes a roll down bar, push through bar, and multiple springs and attachment points for a versatile workout.

  • Exo Chair

The EXO chair is based off the original design of Joseph Pilates’ Wunda Chair. The chair consists of a seat, a split pedal, and adjustable springs attached to the pedal. There are a wide variety of exercises that can be performed on the chair. Movements are done in seated, kneeling, supine over the chair, and standing position. The exercises on the chair require core strength, control, and balance in order to perform properly.

  • The Arc

The Arc (Pilates Spine Corrector) is a lightweight and mobile piece of equipment. The Arc is a great tool for mobilizing the spine, shoulders, and hips. It is also a great piece of equipment to utilize for core/abdominal work, lateral rotation and back extension work. This is a great piece of equipment to utilize during a pregnancy.

  • Ladder Barrel

The Pilates Ladder Barrel is amazing for working on core strength and flexibility exercises. It combines ladder rungs with a barrel surface for stretching, strengthening and flexibility exercises. The barrel connects to the ladder by a sliding base that adjusts to accommodate different torso sizes and leg lengths.

  • Magic Circle

The Magic Circle is a simple, but effective equipment aimed at improving and toning muscle growth. It is made out of rubber and provides the body feedback as to which muscles it is targeting
